This has been one memorable Easter. We spent the weekend up in Gold Beach, Oregon and experienced one of the biggest (maybe THE biggest) storms of the season! We spent Friday celebrating Mom C.'s belated birthday and Saturday was spent dying eggs and hunting for them indoors by the warm fire. The Easter Bunny saved the Easter baskets for Sunday morning hunting in hopes that the weather might be a bit nicer. No luck-IT SNOWED!!! However, the snow capped mountains, dusted beaches, and white towering redwoods made for a beautiful Sunday drive home!
